Lace Replacement
In an event you've received the wrong order/item(s), email at dajourbrags@gmail.com with photos/videos of the wrong order/item(s), date purchased, order confirmation number, & brief explanation of the issues. This email MUST be received in 24-48 hours of your order delivery. If it’s confirmed there’s in fact an error on our behalf, you’ll receive an email with further instructions. After email receipt of further instructions, you are liable to return items in its original packaging & all of it’s inclusions within 5 business days. If not returned within this window, you'll forfeit your return/exchange, and/or refund. Refunds are upon request, and granted only if the order/items are wrong on our behalf & sent back within the 5 business day timeframe with all of its inclusions. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items that fall under the scope of Wig Accessories, Ready To Ship, Wig Maintenance, and Build Your Own Wig.
