The Wig Maintenance service is used to make your old wigs brand new again! It includes a deep wig wash, detangling, and styling of your choice.
If you need to have your lace replaced on your wig unit, please send an email to dajourbrags@gmail.com with the kind of lace and the size you’d like, your full name and order confirmation number. Please make note, that if lace is being replaced, there is an added lace fee, and your processing time for your order increases 3 business days.
You are responsible for any and all shipping costs. We highly suggest to add signature confirmation to your order to help ensure that the hair gets to us.
Dajour Brags will not be held responsible for how your hair reacts to any of the processes needed to be performed in order to customize/style your wig. Please make sure the hair is of good quality!
This service is completely non-refundable! All sales are final, so please make sure your order details are correct before checking out.

In an event you've received the wrong order/item(s), email at dajourbrags@gmail.com with photos/videos of the wrong order/item(s), date purchased, order confirmation number, & brief explanation of the issues. This email MUST be received in 24-48 hours of your order delivery. If it’s confirmed there’s in fact an error on our behalf, you’ll receive an email with further instructions. After email receipt of further instructions, you are liable to return items in its original packaging & all of it’s inclusions within 5 business days. If not returned within this window, you'll forfeit your return/exchange, and/or refund. Refunds are upon request, and granted only if the order/items are wrong on our behalf & sent back within the 5 business day timeframe with all of its inclusions. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items that fall under the scope of Wig Accessories, Ready To Ship, Wig Maintenance, and Build Your Own Wig.
