shipping policy

Processing time differs depending on the product category.Custom Ready To Wear Wigs process in 5-10 business days. Ready To Ship Wigs and Accessories process in 1 business day. Uncustomized Wigs, Bundles, and Lace process in 2-3 business days. If you checkout using any payment plans, processing time is 15 business days.

​Please make note that processing time is different from shipping time. Once your order is processed, your order generally takes 3-5 business days to be delivered. Allow additional time during high volume seasons/holidays. All customer packages are shipped through the USPS or UPS mail carrier system. When your order has been processed, and ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

When your order has been handed over to the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for your package. We will not not replace and/or grant any refunds for any lost, missing, or stolen packages. In efforts to prevent these circumstances, signature confirmation is required upon package delivery. If you do incur these issues, please reach out to your mail carrier.

return & exchange policy

In an event that you've received the wrong order/item(s), email dajourbrags@gmail.com with photos/videos of the product(s), date purchased, order confirmation number, and a brief description of the issue. This email must be sent with 72 hours of receiving your order. If we confirm there is an error with your order on our behalf, we will send you an email with further instructions. You will be given 5 business days to return the product(s) to us in its original condition and packaging! ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY, ALL ITEMS, TAGS, AND ATTACHMENTS MUST STILL BE IN TACT. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in you not being granted an exchange, nor a refund.

 

 You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. We are not liable for any shipping costs. We highly suggest to add insurance and/or signature confirmation to ensure your package won't be lost or stolen during transit. â€‹

According to Federal Law, we cannot re-sell any used hair. Therefore we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or tampered with in any way. Any products sent back to us without prior consent via email, will not be approved to exchange anything and there are absolutely NO REFUNDS! Any packages sent back to us under these circumstances will not be returned to sender.

Any approved returns and order cancellations are subject to 40% or $100 (whichever is greater) restocking fee that cannot be waived and is non-negotiable. If approved for a return, please include your original invoice and order number and details for the return/exchange.

If you have entered the wrong mailing address, you will need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses BEFORE your order is shipped out. Otherwise the package may be lost forever. Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs. 

 

Returns and chargebacks are something we take very seriously. If in an event you are attempting to defraud our company, you can expect criminal charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If product is removed from original packaging and used in any manner, or product has been opened or tampered with in any way, all return/exchange policies are voided. The hair must remain untampered with.. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing.

If any used hair is sent back to us , it will not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

During sales we do not offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please ensure that you input all information correctly before checking out to prevent any unnecessary shipping and return mishaps.
